Don’t stay home for local elections. State and Local lawmakers have a direct impact on your day to day life through the decisions they make.

Volunteer for a Local Democratic Candidate (Contact your Town Chair)
Attend Town Meetings (Visit your town’s website)
In our County:
Volunteer for a Candidate (View candidates’ contact information)
Everywhere:
There are many ways to help a campaign. Don’t think you can’t help out just because you may not like to knock on doors or make phone calls.
Ask the candidates what you can do to help.
Post about why you will vote for a candidate on your social media.
Help put up lawn signs (and take them down after the election)
Donate money
Organize childcare for candidates/and volunteers
Drive people to vote
Encourage registered voters to turn out at elections
Make a plan to vote and bring a friend along with you.
Try to get one person who wasn’t planning to vote out to the polls.
