This year our honorees were Julian Dawson for his work at the United Way and Priscilla Bassett for a lifetime of advocacy. County Executive George Latimer presented proclamations to both, declaring them honorary citizens of Westchester County. Ira Steingart was given thanks and for his three terms in the legislature. Assemblywoman Gunther spoke on the importance of voting. Candidate for Congress Josh Riley gave a rousing speech and encouraged all to work as hard as they can to elect our slate to the legislature. We have a great slate! Let’s get them elected.
